Kelly graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice (Law Enforcement emphasis) and a minor in Psychology.
After spending most of her career in Law Enforcement, she dcided to stay home full-time with her two children. With one child now at university and the other finishing high school, she and her husband enjoy watching movies and traveling.
